These general terms and conditions of business are applicable to bookings made directly with Khari-goo Ltd t/a Khari Goo Travel (herein known as "Khari Goo"). Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.

Booking Terms and Conditions

For all reservations, Khari-Go requires a 50% deposit payment at the time of booking. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before your travel date (the start of your itinerary). If full payment is not received by the due date, Khari-Go reserves the right to cancel your booking and apply cancellation fees as per our Cancellation Policy. For bookings made within 60 days of travel, full prepayment is required at the time of reservation. For bookings made within 14 days of travel, full payment must be made by credit card. Festive Season bookings (December 20 - January 15 annually) require final payment 120 days before travel. Please note that for foreign currency quotes, payment will be processed using the exchange rate on the transaction date. Any foreign exchange differences or bank charges will be the client's responsibility. Bank transfer payments are accepted – the amount will be converted by your bank based on our invoice. The client is responsible for ensuring that the net invoice amount equals the funds received in Khari-Go's account, with ALL bank charges covered by the client.

Flight Terms and Conditions

Flight bookings require: • 100% deposit for confirmation • Are completely non-refundable • Must be paid by credit card if booked within 30 days of travel Khari-Go Travel cannot be held responsible for: • Weather-related delays or cancellations • Air traffic control issues • Technical delays For flight bookings: • Changes within 72 hours will incur charges • Full passport names are required and cannot be changed after ticketing • We are not responsible for incorrect passport numbers or name spelling errors • Customers must verify all information provided is accurate

Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy: • Cancellation 61+ days before travel: 25% of total cost forfeited • Cancellation 60 days or less before travel: 100% of total cost forfeited Festive Season Cancellation Policy (December 20 - January 15): • Cancellation 121+ days before travel: 50% of total cost forfeited • Cancellation 120 days or less before travel: 100% of total cost forfeited Important Notes: • Rescheduling travel dates counts as a cancellation • Reducing room numbers or services counts as a cancellation • Cancellation fees apply from deposit payment date • Cancellations must be submitted in writing • Bank fees will be deducted from any refunds Khari-Go Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice if unavoidable. In such cases, all paid monies will be refunded with no further liability to Khari-Go Travel.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover: • Medical expenses • Lost luggage • Flight costs • Cancellation expenses This protection is especially important given our cancellation policies and the potential for unexpected events affecting your travel plans.

Passports and Documentation

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring all travel documents are in order, including: • Valid passports • Required visas • Health certificates • Vaccination proof • Any other required documentation Passport Requirements: • Must have two consecutive blank visa pages (side by side) • Must be valid for at least 6 months after return date for many African countries • Non-compliant passports may result in denied boarding or deportation For travelers with children: • Parents traveling with children, without the other parent, will need a police certified letter from the absent parent • Check the Department of Home Affairs website for latest requirements

Costs and Responsibility

Khari-Go Travel quotations are based on anticipated costs and may be subject to amendment. Cost increases due to circumstances outside our control cannot be passed onto Khari-Go Travel. We act only as an agent regarding travel and assume no liability for: • Injury, damage, loss, or accidents • War, insurrection, revolt, or civil uprising • Military action • Strikes • Acts of God • Events in origin, destination, or passage countries • Acts or defaults by companies providing services We cannot accept responsibility for: • Losses or additional expenses due to delays • Schedule changes • Other causes beyond our control All such losses or expenses will be the client's responsibility. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage.

Applicable Law

All bookings are governed by Nigerian law and fall under Nigerian jurisdiction. Any contracts between Khari-Go Travel and clients are considered to be concluded, maintained, and controlled in Nigeria.

Updates to Terms & Conditions
